On April 19, 2022, Windbridge Research Center Cofounders Julie Beischel, PhD, and Mark Boccuzzi were interviewed by author Theresa Cheung for The Shift Network’s Dreamwork Summit. During this presentation, Julie and Mark discussed how after-death communication experiences (ADCs) are a normal and natural part of grieving and that dream contacts with departed loved ones are a common form of ADCs. They also examined how science is normalizing all forms of ADCs and reviewed common features of dream ADCs. Mark closed with an example of utilizing techniques like journaling, scrapbooking, and simple video editing to preserve your dream ADC and share it with friends and family.
